What age can you use a hip carrier?
CarryMate is perfectly adequate for any ages between newborns and 4+ years old!

When can babies face outwards in a hip carrier?
Every baby is different and will develop and grow at their own pace within standard guidelines.
But as soon as your baby can hold up their head, usually around 4 to 6 months, they can sit out and face the world! Even more exciting, with CarryMate, they’ll also have the option to continue sitting face-to-face, or they can be worn on your side, straddling your body so they can snuggle and cling while enjoying all of the exciting sights around them.
Can you sit with a hip carrier?

The buckles on this carrier are very sturdy which I appreciate but they took me a little while to understand. My husband struggles with them a bit. Once you learn the system though it is quick and easy. The carrier itself is comfortable and my baby is always settled in it.

I love everything about this carrier except that I wish there were more colour options available. The navy is fine and very practical but I would love a lighter colour for the dry season. Quality is excellent and my baby is always comfortable. Will still recommend it.
